Easy to apply, and I love the results. HOWEVER, I would highly recommend physical exfoliation and moisturizer in any dry areas of your face before application as you will see patchiness/darker spots, much like body self tanners.

I absolutely love the tanning water and thought it gave me a beautiful, natural glow on my face. I have fair skin prone to breakouts and didn't experience any skin issues the three times I used the product. I would have continued to use it but I was very bummed that when travelling, the glass bottle broke in my bag. I love that the packaging is glass and recyclable but it makes travel challenging, which is when I want to use the product the most! Otherwise, the product is amazing and I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been using the tanning water for 2 weeks now (Light to Medium) and it’s great! I did use 8 sprays on my face the first time because it didn’t seem very heavy and that was way too much for me, made me look orange lol. Since then I’ve been using just 1 spray every night and it’s perfect. It’s really moisturizing my skin, balancing my skin tone. I struggle with sensitive skin and my face instantly feels calm after I use this… almost everything makes me itch but not this! Will be a repeat buyer! ❤️

I have to be very selective about what products I use on my face, because one thing wrong and I’ll break out. When my go-to face tanner was sold out, I had to find another option. I came across Saltyface, analyzed the ingredients, and saw that it’s non-comedogenic. I have been loving it so far, the consistency is nice and light. It smells like almond extract instead of DHA. And it gives a nice glow. I do find that it can cling to dry patches a little, as with any self tanner. I also LOVE that I can apply it after my moisturizer. It just never felt right when I mixed my previous product in with my moisturizer. Overall a great product, and I prefer it over the previous brand I was using!

I love this product. The tan is a beautiful bronze (no orange hue) and no streaks!! Develops so quickly and gives you that “just out of the sun” look. What I love most about this product is that it doesn’t me break out. I’ve been hesitant to use tanning face drops as a lot of them tend to use ingredients that irritate my sensitive skin. However, saltyface’s tanning water has been amazing and even hydrating for my skin! Love! I will definitely be repurchasing this once I’ve finished my bottle.

I’ve tried sooo many different products for a face tan over the years, this stuff has been the best by far! I have a hard time tanning my face, mostly to do with my skincare routine but ultimately nothing has given me the amount of colour this product has with just one use. I genuinely noticed a difference! The product itself is super lightweight, doesn’t feel like anything more than spritzing water, no crazy smells, and my favourite part is it doesn’t show in your pores like other products I’ve tried. It’s good! I will say it wears off fairly quickly which I expected because it’s your face. I apply it every day if not every other day in an attempt to wear a lot less makeup and have a clean face. Experience in the past with face tanners is it makes my brown/dark spots worse.. not the case with this and I’m not getting black heads like with other products. Recommend.

This is a decent product but I find that I have to use so much to notice a difference. I’m almost halfway done the bottle and I’ve only had it for a month. Other products I’ve tried have lasted much longer. Maybe I should have gotten the darker shade but I would say I have a light skin tone in the winter.

This tanning water is okay. I got it in hopes of giving some color to my face during the winter. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks. I think I was hoping to love it, but I honestly don’t see too much of a difference in my skin when I use it, even after applying sometimes 3 drops a few days in a row. It gives a very subtle glow/shine, but I feel like it fades pretty quickly. I also have pretty light skin. I definitely can tell a color change in my hands if I don’t wash them after I apply!
Overall I’m glad I tried this product and will definitely finish the bottle but I don’t think I’d spend the $40 again. Maybe for somebody who pairs it with SaltyFace’s body tanner it would be a better purchase.

I have tried many self tanning products in the past - this is by far the best. It gives you a natural “just came from a day at the beach” glow. There is no weird orange near the hairline, no odour, no streaks and no residue on my hands after application and washing. I’m a big fan!

I love it! For 2023 I’ve been changing everything to cruelty free. I’ve had to give up a few of my favourite products and I’m trying to find good replacements. I always used Jergen’s natural glow in the past and have had trouble finding a cruelty free alternative. This is waaay better! It looks natural, no streaks, no orange. I apply with my hands and have had no problems. Normally with tanners I pick a darker tone even though I am fair skinned as they seem to work better. I decided to go light to medium on this one and it is perfect Cruelty free and made in Canada. Customer for life!

Ok wow! There is absolutely zero scent and it blends beautifully with any moisturizer. It’s very subtle and gradual, so don’t expect a strong instant tan, but it definitely gives a nice glow. My skin felt more moisturized than usual after the application and it made my skin feeling dewy. I have very sensitive skin and I had no irritation. Very excited to explore the other products.
