how to use

Tanning Water: Apply to a clean face as the final step of your skin care routine. Add 1-2 dropperfuls into your hand and apply to the face using your fingers, blending to the outer edges, over and behind the ears. Repeat application on your neck and chest for the most natural looking tan. Thoroughly wash hands after application.
Tan will continue to develop for up to 24 hours, no need to rinse.

Tanning Foam: Apply foam directly to your skin and spread evenly to all desired areas. Thoroughly wash hands after application. Use a dry washcloth to buff tan on your wrists creating a natural transition. You do not need to wash the tanning foam off, but for more subtle results shower 30-60 minutes after application. Tan will continue to develop for up to 24 hours.

Freckle Paint: Lightly tap brush tip across the bridge of the nose and cheeks, placing freckle paint, to replicate how the sun naturally hits the face. Once applied, gently dab the freckles with your fingertip, leaving more or less product for desired intensity. Can be applied before or after make up.

Tanning Brush & mist top: Replace the dropper from your Tanning Water bottle with the mist top. There are two ways you can use this kit for application. First option being to mist your face, neck, and chest directly and then use the Tanning Brush to blend the tan. Alternatively, you can mist the product on to the brush and then apply to the skin, this method can also be used for contouring. Both application styles will apply a seamless streak free tan and keep your hands stain free.

Gradual self tanners are meant to be buildable - this is what makes your tan look so natural. Your tan is intensified by how much product you apply, or how often you apply. Our Medium to Dark shade is specifically made for naturally darker and melanated skin tones.If you think you’re in between shades, we recommend Light to Medium and building your tan up for the most natural looking results.

Our Freckle Paint is naturally coloured with caramel and thickened with maple tree sap.

Optimal Shelf life is 6 months after opening

Packaging

Amber glass blocks UV light to help prolong the shelf life of your Tanning products. Both the glass bottle and aluminum foaming lid are fully recyclable but we recommend you give your foam bottle a second life by refilling with foaming liquids. The Tanning brush is made with vegan bristles and a fully recyclable aluminum handle.

I have always wanted to self tan but I refused to use the lotions, mits, etc. The shades always seemed too dark, and I dreaded having streaks and uneven lines so I always stayed away from self tanners. I have fair skin, when I saw how easy this was to apply, and that it is a foam I was more optimistic, but what really sold me even more was the ingredients. As someone who is very mindful of what she puts in and on her body, you can’t go wrong with this. Making it apart of your daily routine is so effortless and quick! It is so easy to apply with the face and body brushes. It does not leave any residue on my clothes or sheets, and no streaks! I had never tried a self tanner before and this set is so easy to use. I use the tanning water after every time I exfoliate my face and it gives such a natural glow. The freckles are so cute and natural looking, and the tanning foam is easy to apply. My only complaint is that the tanning foam is a bit sticky and I have to stand perfectly still for the first hour after application otherwise it tends to move around a bit. The whole package is so natural looking and I love not getting skin cancer trying to get a tan!

I bought this on a whim after seeing an Instagram ad and I have no regrets. I’ve never used tan before and this stuff is so easy. The tanning water is my favourite for adding Color to my face! Applying to the body takes a couple tries to not miss any patches but other than that it’s so easy! I love that I don’t have to shower it off. There is definitely a slight tan smell but it’s not very strong and doesn’t bother me :) The freckles are hard to tap to the right colour as they tend to smear and if you tap twice with the same finger you get new freckles in the same area.
